Customer Support Specialist

We are a leading cryptocurrency exchange committed to providing exceptional service to our users. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients in person at our customer service center.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person support for our users;
• Online contact with users via email and chat;
• Occasionally handle customer support calls;
• Analyze the needs of users to provide tailored assistance;
• Create and maintain a positive image of the company;
• Collaborate on internal projects.

Our Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills;
• Good manners and a professional demeanor;
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level);
• Italian language will be a plus;
• Experience in working with clients and an interest in cryptocurrencies are welcome.
