As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for guests and hosts, helping

What You’ll Do
- Support guests and hosts via phone and email with world-class service
- Help with bookings, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
- Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Investigate and solve cases using internal tools
- Keep accurate records and follow guidelines
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Promote aqurate solutions aligned with customer needs
Working Conditions
Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
Weekend work: Approximately 2 weekends per month
Shifts available:
- Half-time: approx. 20 hours/week
- Mid-time: approx. 30 hours/week
- Full-time: approx. 40 hours/week
- Work mode: On-site at the modern Gdańsk office
Your skills
- German C1
- English B2+ (C1 preferred)
- Passion for customer experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-focused
- Comfortable using digital tools and support systems
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Salary Conditions
- Competitive pay: 49 PLN/hour (~€11.30/hour)
- Up to 1,500 PLN retention bonus every 6 months
- Travel credit: $150 after your first year
- Performance bonus up to 5%
