Type: Full-Time

Join Muditas Customer Support Team and engage in a rewarding role that involves answering emails and calls, assessing devices, and collaborating with engineers and developers to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in Customer Support and develop diverse skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments for complex issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and report issues
  • Proactively improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback for process improvement
  • Manage warranty claims

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English (B2/C1) and fluent Polish
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent German
  • Experience in customer support roles
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
