If you are passionate about problem-solving, enjoy working with innovative technology, and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply! responsibilities : Troubleshooting and escalating client issues, ensuring timely resolutions Handling customer inquiries with empathy via live chat, email, or phone Answering software questions and tailoring unique solutions for clients Supporting onboarding with data imports and process improvements Staying updated on products to serve as a resource for clients Managing bug reports and ensuring prompt resolution Maintaining product documentation and educational materials Finding creative solutions to complex platform challenges Addressing service gaps and collaborating across teams to resolve issues requirements-expected : At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction Fluency in English and French Background in Saa S and/or B2 B environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with Helpdesk tools. Experience with JIRA and the JIRA Service Desk is a plus Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and learning new tools Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
