In the Business Services Competence Center, we support our clients in projects mainly in the areas of business operations and accounting. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. Your tasks
- Troubleshooting and escalating client issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Handling customer inquiries with empathy via live chat, email, or phone
- Answering software questions and tailoring unique solutions for clients
- Supporting onboarding with data imports and process improvements
- Staying updated on products to serve as a resource for clients
- Managing bug reports and ensuring prompt resolution
- Maintaining product documentation and educational materials
- Finding creative solutions to complex platform challenges
- Addressing service gaps and collaborating across teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
- Fluency in English and French
- Background in SaaS and/or B2B environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Helpdesk tools. Experience with JIRA and the JIRA Service Desk is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
- Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and learning new tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
