In the Business Services Competence Center, we support our clients in projects mainly in the areas of business operations and accounting. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. Your tasks

  • Troubleshooting and escalating client issues, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Handling customer inquiries with empathy via live chat, email, or phone
  • Answering software questions and tailoring unique solutions for clients
  • Supporting onboarding with data imports and process improvements
  • Staying updated on products to serve as a resource for clients
  • Managing bug reports and ensuring prompt resolution
  • Maintaining product documentation and educational materials
  • Finding creative solutions to complex platform challenges
  • Addressing service gaps and collaborating across teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Background in SaaS and/or B2B environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk tools. Experience with JIRA and the JIRA Service Desk is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and learning new tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
