As our team continues to grow, we’re currently looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Growth Team - someone eager to develop their skills while managing a community of over 4 million players (and counting!).
Its a full-time, work-from-office position in the historical railway station building in Kraków.
responsibilities :
Resolving player issues
Managing Discord and engaging with the community
Supporting in-game events and LiveOps
Optimizing support processes
requirements-expected :
Interest in community-driven games
At least 1-year of previous customer service experience
Strong communication skills, B2+ English
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in progress)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
