In the Business Services Competence Center, we support our clients in projects mainly in the areas of business operations and accounting. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. responsibilities :
Troubleshooting and escalating client issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Handling customer inquiries with empathy via live chat, email, or phone
Answering software questions and tailoring unique solutions for clients
Supporting onboarding with data imports and process improvements
Staying updated on products to serve as a resource for clients
Managing bug reports and ensuring prompt resolution
Maintaining product documentation and educational materials
Finding creative solutions to complex platform challenges
Addressing service gaps and collaborating across teams to resolve issues
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
Fluency in English and French
Background in SaaS and/or B2B environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Helpdesk tools. Experience with JIRA and the JIRA Service Desk is a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and learning new tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
