Customer Support Representative (Italian speaker)

  1. Provide personalized assistance and resolutions for diverse customer inquiries via different channels (chats, emails, etc.), ensuring a seamless and exceptional support experience;
  2. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries;
  3. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively;
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions;
  5. Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue.

We need your professional experience:

  1. 1+ years experience in customer support/call center (preferably in the field of iGaming);
  2. Fluent in Italian, proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  3. Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard practices and procedures;
  4. Knowledge of sales principles and methods;
  5. Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
