About the job: Customer Support Representative (Greek + English)
Role: Customer Support for a Travel Platform
Location: Katowice, Poland (On-Site)
Salary: 6,500 PLN/month
Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Sunday, in rotating shifts
Your Role:
- Assist customers via voice, chat, and email with travel-related inquiries
- Provide information about offerings
- Advise and assist customers
- Handle inbound interactions (non-sales)
- Help with booking transportation & lodging
Requirements:
- Languages: Greek (C2) & English (B2)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
