Job Summary

Join our Global Services Unit as a Customer Support Representative. Youll provide technical assistance and resolve product, inventory, and system issues via email and phone. Support includes troubleshooting, data reviews, and referrals to training resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks related to product maintenance and inventory management.
• Assist customers with technical issues through email or phone.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects, including product launches, process improvements, and customer retention efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers, system navigation, and remote troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experienced with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing technical tasks efficiently.
