Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
    • Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Documentation
    • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for common customer queries.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with other internal teams to convey customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues.
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
    • Provide feedback on support processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or a related customer-facing position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
