Opis oferty pracy

We are looking for a Customer Support and Sales Specialist that will support the business growth across Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain existing customer accounts in the Polish market.
2. Prepare offers in cooperation with global Eurofins laboratories for the testing of (bio)pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
3. Prepare documents, presentations, and sales statistics/reports.
4. Organize CEE sales meetings.
5. Attend and support marketing activities, e.g. local and international conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
6. Operate with CRM software to capture all sales activities related to customer contacts, activities, and contractual agreements.
7. Coordinate NPS Surveys for the whole CEE territory.
8. Manage Eurofins BPT proprietary IT solutions (eLIMS, ComLIMS, LabAccess, etc.).
9. Manage the online ordering system.
10. Coordinate intercompany ICO business.
11. Work closely with all Business Development Managers (BDs) in the CEE territory.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related fields.
2. 2 years of experience in similar positions.
3. Native Polish speaker.
4. Fluency in spoken and written English.
5. Very good communication skills.
6. Proficient in common IT applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
