We are looking for a Customer Support and Sales Specialist that will support the business growth across Central and Eastern Europe with the focus on Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing customer accounts on the Polish market.
• Prepare offers in cooperation with global Eurofins laboratories for the testing of (bio)pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and sales statistics/reports.
• Organize CEE sales meetings.
• Attend and support marketing activities, e.g. local and international conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
• Operate with CRM software to capture all sales activities related to customer contacts, activities, and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate NPS Surveys for the whole CEE territory.
• Manage Eurofins BPT proprietary IT solutions (eLIMS, ComLIMS, LabAccess, etc.).
• Manage the online ordering system.
• Coordinate intercompany ICO business.
• Work closely with all Business Development Managers (BDs) in the CEE territory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related fields.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Native Polish.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proficient in common IT applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• Possibility to develop your career in an international and creative work environment.
