Your tasks

• providing every-day professional customer service to the company’s clients
• responding to customer inquiries, requests, complaints via chat/telephone
• maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• meeting standard KPIs set
• working according to company’s policies and procedures to maintain high standard of customer service
