On Sundays, there is a break from phone calls; only chat is supported.* Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers.* Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems.* Active communication within the team and support for team members.* Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.* Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact.**Requirements:*** Experience in telephone customer service or similar work is preferred.* Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing (native speakers preferred).* Knowledge of English at a B2 level for team communication and training.* Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.* Shift work: Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00.* Work 5 days a week and only 3 weekend days a month.
