Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
WYMAGANIA:
Fluency in Norwegian / Swedish / Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
Danish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 9:00-19:00, Weekends: 10:00-16:00). Finnish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-18:00). Norwegian / Swedish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00).
OFERUJEMY:
