At the moment, we’re helping our client, a globally well-known company, to create a new Customer Operational Center in Warsaw.

- Operations monitoring: forecast to invoice, client demands management, taking the initiative to constantly progress and reinforce customer relationships
- Coordinate operations with our internal partners (trade, supply, logistics)
- Manage order management and logistics planning
- Lead the resolution of customer complaints
What we expect:
- Communicative German or French knowledge (min. B2)
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish (B2/C1)
- Previous experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Transport
- Good work organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- Willingness to work with customers and build long-term relations
- Communication skills and openness in contacts
