What we expect
- communicative German or French knowledge (min. B2)
- very good knowledge of English and Polish (B2/C1)
- previous experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Transport
- good work organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations
- communication skills and openness in contacts

Your tasks
- to be the privileged contact for Customers (automotive industries)
- manage the entire operational relationship with customers to ensure compliance with service commitments and improve the customer experience
- operations monitoring: forecast to invoice, client demands management, taking the initiative to constantly progress and reinforce customer relationships
- coordinate operations with our internal partners (trade, supply, logistics)
- analyze customer forecasts
- manage order management and logistics planning
- lead the resolution of customer complaints
