• to be the privileged contact for Customers (automotive industries)
• manage the entire operational relationship with customers to ensure compliance with service commitments and improve the customer experience
• operations monitoring: forecast to invoice, client demands management, taking the initiative to constantly progress and reinforce customer relationships
• coordinate operations with our internal partners (trade, supply, logistics)
• analyze customer forecasts
• manage order management and logistics planning
• lead the resolution of customer complaints
