Overview

Customer Success Specialist with Spanish – join to apply for the Customer Success Specialist with Spanish role at Adecco. For our client, a global leader in the energy sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Success Specialist with Spanish. As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will manage customer experience, relationships, and satisfaction across the entire customer journey. This role spans Order to Cash and Deal Management and forms a critical part of the Customer Fulfilment Cycle. You will deliver end-to-end customer support from contract and account setup through to order and payment, ensuring consistent, adaptive, reliable, and easy experiences for customers.

What We Need From You

  • You?: Spanish language proficiency (minimum B2) and working English proficiency.
  • Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience: Experience in data analytics, insights, and digital environment.
  • Capabilities: Proven ability to build Customer Success; knowledge of Customer-Centric Design; solid commercial and economic acumen.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail: High attention to detail in data management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order to Cash: Order management and touchless support; dispute and credit management; ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Customer relationships: Build strong relationships and create “partners for life.” Understand customer issues and drive resolution and improvement.
  • Portfolio management: Manage an existing customer portfolio and maintain virtual customer relations.
  • Analysis: Analyze P&L reports and identify underperformance areas; champion the SPANCOP sales process with a strategic mindset; provide data-driven sales recommendations.
