Join us as a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) and take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey—from contract setup to order and payment. This role is a critical part of our Customer Fulfilment Cycle, bridging Deal Management and Order-to-Cash processes. You’ll act as the single point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring accountability and driving improvements that create best-in-class customer experiences.
C1 Italian is a must.
