For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

What will you do?? Reach out to potential clients and build long-term relationships based on trust
? Identify key decision-makers and spark their interest
? Create and update training materials and internal guidelines
? Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
? Cooperate with clients and stakeholders to ensure fast and effective solutions
✅ 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or international environment
✅ Understanding of supply chain management
✅ Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (a plus)
✅ German at C1 level and English at least B1
✅ Advanced Excel skills
✅ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
✅ Confident communication skills and a client-first attitude
✅ Experience in customer support, training, or knowledge base creation is a plus
