Purpose of the role

  • Be the partner for our customers - build and maintain relationship with customers,
  • Ensure best services and products are available to our customers,
  • Focus on customers retention by understanding their needs and utilisation of Malcom offering,
  • Drive portfolio profitability by maximazing Malcom products usage and utilisation.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our customer whenever they seek product / service related advise,
  • Proactively contact customers to anticipate their needs and offer Malcom products and services,
  • Listen to customer needs, feedbacks and share it with wider team in order to enhance product proposition,
  • Drive customers retention by active contacts and discussion with customers,
  • Develop long term relationships with key decision makers / stakeholder at our clients and be able to maximize benefits from both sides cooperation,
  • Cooperate with other departments (marketing, risk, customer service) on preparation of special offers to best customers.

Experience

  • University degree,
  • Previously worked in B2B sales area,
  • Ideally background and experience in logistics industry,
  • Proven track of record of implementing new processes and changes in the growing organization.

Knowledge

  • English min on B2 level

Skills / Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, including ability to provide and receive feedback,
  • Process and goal oriented mindset,
  • Strong ownership and can do attitude,
  • Ability to form relationships,
  • Great negotiation skills.
