Our Customer Interaction Department in Poland, Warsaw is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Dutch and French speaker (f/m/d) (100 %) .

Your Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling all in- and outbound communication channels and driving pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs.
  • Acting as the Voice of our Customers, translating their impulses into excellent Customer Experience through all touch points in a relevant time span.
  • Performing best in class end-to-end returns management, starting from return request management and finishing with sending agreed documents to customer including active internal cooperation with warehouse.
  • Performing the intake and maintenance of Customer Orders via the Contact Center Team.
  • Creating Credit/Debit Memos on time and in the correct way, including sharing of documents with Business Partners and confirming completion to the requestor.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or within a Contact Center environment.
  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English both spoken and written.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
