Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients from all over the world in English using e-mail, phone, video conferences, and online chats.
- Determine to help clients from the beginning until the end of the case.
- Communicate with clients, answer their questions, and solve their problems with software configuration.
- Proactively address clients’ needs and increase their engagement in working with our product.
- Configure and present our software to new clients online and gather feedback.
- Organize and maintain the client base.
- Collaborate with other team members who partially work remotely from different locations.
Requirements:
- Great English skills (writing and speaking).
- Required professional working proficiency in Polish language.
- Additional Spanish or German skills are a plus.
- Liking technology and having basic knowledge of IT tools (Skype, Gmail, CRM).
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn attitude.
- Quick learning skills and being open to changes.
- Willingness to take responsibility for your decisions.
- Experience in HR or SaaS business is welcome.
