Job Scope
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships in a set of assigned accounts in order to further overall product adoption and retention. You will gather account intelligence and ensure our customers receive maximum business value from their software investment. You will be the first line of support for our customers. You will monitor ongoing customer implementations and help overcome challenges.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving product adoption within all regional accounts
- Acting as the first level of support for the customers in the region
- Delivering personalized onboarding for customers with new products/new product capabilities and monitoring partner implementations
- Conducting value program activities and proactively facilitating customer product education
- Encouraging customer engagement in product Communities, Company Events, Success Stories, etc.
- Driving cross-team collaboration between the client and Broadcoms product, account, and technical teams
Position Requirements
- Strong background in IT and technology, including a broad understanding of industry trends
- Knowledge of Treasury, Finance, and/or Accounting is a plus
- Ability to handle challenges and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with a variety of ticketing / support platforms and methods
Additional Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role with Enterprise-level clients
- Fluent English Mandatory. Multiple languages is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Experience
- At least 3‑5 years experience in a technology support or delivery role, or equivalent level of education and experience
