Customer Success Representative with German

Your responsibilities:

  1. Monitor expiring contracts, contact customers up to 3 months prior to contract expiration, and provide an offer for continued support and products.
  2. Collaborate with end users and internally with the sales team.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, up-selling, and upgrading products.
  4. Actively pursue the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products.
  5. Assist in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English – both mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Optional:

  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers.
  • Previous experience in sales and related roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
