YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor expiring contracts, contact customers up to 3 months before contract expiration, and provide an offer for continued support and products,
- Collaboration with end users and internally with the sales team,
- Handling customer inquiries, up-selling, and upgrading products,
- Actively pursuing the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products,
- Assisting in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency command of German and English- both mandatory,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving,
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Optional:
- Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers,
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com
