Customer Success Representative with German

Your responsibilities:

  1. Monitor expiring contracts, contact customers up to 3 months prior to contract expiration, and provide an offer for continued support and products.
  2. Collaboration with end users and internally with the sales team.
  3. Handling customer inquiries, up-selling, and upgrading products.
  4. Actively pursuing the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products.
  5. Assisting in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements.

Our requirements:

  1. Fluency command of German and English - both mandatory.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office.
  3. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  4. Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Optional:

  1. Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers.
  2. Previous experience – sales background, and previous experience are a plus.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
