Customer Success Representative West Poland SCALAR

Job Description

What you can look forward to as Customer Success Representative West Poland SCALAR:

  1. You are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of new projects.
  2. Together with our salespeople, you visit prospective customers and give demos of ZF - Scalar fleet management solutions (on-board computers and software).
  3. You visit existing customers on a regular basis and foster business relationships.
  4. As a project responsible, you guarantee the successful implementation of these projects.
  5. You identify and analyze customer needs.
  6. You do the installations and give training to customers.
  7. You give assistance during the entire project.
  8. You give technical support to our field sales staff.

Your profile:

  1. You hold a minimum a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  2. You have 2-3 years of experience as Key Account or Project Manager in the transport sector.
  3. You have strong communicative skills, are proactive, and solve problems in a simple and efficient way.
  4. You live in central Poland, preferably in Poznan.
  5. You have a very good knowledge of Polish (native) and a good knowledge of English; other languages of Central and Eastern Europe will be an advantage.
  6. You are a holder of a valid driving license category B and are willing to travel on a daily basis.
