Join Akamai Technologies Enterprise Security Group Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Manager (Microsegmentation) - Remote.

Are you excited to work with innovative security products? Do you enjoy helping enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes? If so, this role invites you to build strong relationships, foster adoption, and ensure long‑term success for Guardicore platform users.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success.
  • Help customers operate the Guardicore platform flawlessly, ensuring maximum value throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction across all interactions.
  • Work remotely with the ability to travel on‑site when required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management experience.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises, on‑premises or in the cloud.
  • Self‑starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
