At DataAnnotation, we are committed to creating quality AI. We invite you to join our team as a Customer Success Manager and help train AI chatbots. In this role, you will engage in conversations with chatbots to measure their progress and write novel conversations to teach them appropriate responses.

As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will receive projects regularly. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-20 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.

This is a full-time or part-time remote position, allowing you to choose which projects you want to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, starting at $20+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Payment is made via PayPal, and we will never ask for any money from you.
