Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, technical support, or related fields.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of software applications and systems.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and basic development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications in customer success or technical support are advantageous.
