You are a digital native which allows you to connect with our customers on all channels to support them, especially via phone, email, and chat
You are characterized by persistence and, as a reliable partner for our customers, you always maintain an overview of all issues addressed
Whether in direct contact on the phone or when processing written inquiries, you resolve concerns promptly, in a friendly and competent manner
With the customer feedback and your ideas, you will actively contribute to improving our services and processes
Our requirements
You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Ideally, you have experience in complaint management and have already worked with a ticketing system
You have excellent knowledge of German at a native level, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are no stranger to the English language
You enjoy customer service over the phone and in writing
You have strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with the needs and concerns of customers
Thanks to your proactive nature and hands-on mentality, you can independently find good solutions even in difficult situations
Your quick comprehension and flexibility will help you find your way in our agile working environment and continually learn. Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and stay well organized
