Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Customer Success Account Manager. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and provide ongoing support aligned with customers’ goals. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting regular check‑ins, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling or expanded services. The position requires proactive communication, maintaining long‑term relationships, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent customer success.

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management, client onboarding, and delivering ongoing support.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct check‑ins, resolve concerns, and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Problem‑solving expertise and the ability to identify both customer challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively across teams, including sales, product, and technical support functions.
  • Familiarity with automation, retail technology, or relevant industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
