Customer Servise with German

Key responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with German-speaking customers and internal operational teams.
• Processing customer inquiries in the form of incoming calls and emails.
• Providing detailed answers to customer inquiries, advising them and informing them about the actions necessary to fulfill their inquiries.
• Determining the validity of complaint inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Very good command of German, both written and spoken.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to cope with stress and adapt work style to the number of inquiries received.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to develop your skills and shape your work organization.
