Join our team at Foundever as a Customer Service Specialist with Finnish!

Your daily tasks:

1. Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
3. Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
4. Perform daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
5. Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues.
6. Stay up to date with process changes and product updates.
7. Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

Language: Proficiency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills.

Working conditions:

Type of contract: You choose (freelance contract for students or employment contract).
