PURPOSE

To contribute on building and sustaining a high level of service provided by the Shared Service Center Customer Services staff to the group internal and external customers in line with Group Procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Organizes, carries out and monitors training activities for SSC customer service member on group procedures and SAP transactions guaranteeing an adequate know-how within the staff.
  2. Supports the line manager and Share Service Centre Manager on monitoring the daily workloads of the Shared Service Center Customer Services staff and suggests adjustments to ensure adequate coverage.
  3. Participates in guaranteeing the correct operations of the customer services department within the shared service center.
  4. Monitors the correct application of procedures and working instructions by the Shared Service Center Customer Services staff.
  5. Leads by example and fosters a continual improvement culture.
  6. Leases with Line Manager, Customer Services Managers and Shared Service Centre Manager to guarantee a high level of information and services to the internal and external customers.
  7. Applies a safety-bound corporate culture.
  8. Applies the Corporate Principles and Values.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  1. Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) plus good command of English (C1).
  2. 7 years or more of experience in customer service management (preferred in FMCG sector).
  3. Good understanding of accounting principles.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word.
  5. SAP knowledge is welcome.
  6. Efficient communicator in remote work.
  7. Strong focus and orientation on clients.
  8. Ability to train a team.
  9. Experience managing people.
  10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  11. Results-oriented: Proven track record of delivering on targets.
  12. Project management skills: organize and prioritize.
