Customer Service with German

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries in German via emails, phone calls and chat
- Resolving issues and providing information about financial services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service
- Updating and maintaining the customer database
- Adhering to company procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Fluent in German(C1)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
- Polish or English at A2/B1 level
- Experience in Customer Service
