Customer Service with French, English & Polish
Warszawa

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide customers with current information about their orders, status updates, shipping details and tracking information
• Handle and process purchase orders (POs)
• Manage complaints and escalations
• Cooperate with internal teams such as sales and logistics
  
  

Qualifications and skills (mandatory):

• Customer Service experience - 2-4 years
• English - B2-C1
• Polish - B2-C1
• French - B2-C1
• SAP / ERP system experience
• Order Management experience
  
  

Nice to have (optional):

• Life Sciences background
