Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders received from customers, sales representatives and internal teams
- Offer expert guidance on the company’s product portfolio
- Proactively communicate current promotions and marketing initiatives to customers
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team, Supply Chain and distribution centre
- Manage and update customer portals
- Enter and maintain orders in SAP
- Handle customer communication via email and telephone
Requirements (must have):
- 1 year of experience in the Customer Service area
- English - B2
- Czech - C1
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Considered a strong asset:
- Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce / other ERP system
- Polish language
