Customer Service Team Specialist with English and Hungarian

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality service as part of a collaborative customer service team
• Coordinating daily team operations and supporting leadership in planning and performance tracking
• Monitoring service levels and ensuring timely, effective responses to customer needs
• Acting as a go-to person for team members and stakeholders, helping resolve complex service-related queries
• Promoting knowledge sharing and supporting onboarding and training initiatives
• Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to digital transformation efforts
• Participating in cross-functional projects focused on innovation and efficiency
• Staying up to date with industry trends and helping shape the future of customer service tools and practices

? What You Bring:

• Master’s degree 
• Strong command of SAP/ ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service platforms and databases
• Strong customer orientation and a proactive, solution-driven approach
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages is required:
  Slovak, Czech, Hungarian
