Job Description:
Join the new structures of SSC and be a part of newly-built team. If you have experience in leading a team within SSC/BPO structures and you speak one of those languages: Dutch, German, or French - we have an offer for you.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Specialists
- Monitoring team performance and motivating team members
- Taking care and acting a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers (B2B) and internal departments representatives
- Overseeing order processing in the SAP system
- Resolving customers complaints, handling escalations
Requirements:
- University degree or proven track record in customer-centric work (min. 2 years in people management)
- Fluency in English and one additional language: Dutch, German or French
- Experience in manufacturing environment will be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP preferably
- Ability to solve ad-hoc problems and excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation and strong analytical skills
