**Role Overview:**Huntsman Corporation’s PolyurethanesCustomer Fulfilment team is searching for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader - Export in our HUB in Krakow. This role will be leading our Export Customer Service team and ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across EAME markets.We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service excellence, thrives in a fast-paced international environment, and has strong leadership and export expertise.**Role Responsibilities:****As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:**Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives supporting EAME markets. **Experience and Competencies:****What we are looking for:** Bachelors degree or masters degree with 8+ years of experience in a global B2B Customer Service environment.Previous experience in an export customer service team leader role.Strong knowledge of export/trade compliance, Incoterms, customs, and international documentation. Excellent communication, influencing, and intercultural skills.
