As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a team responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, and the end-to-end order-to-cash process. Your role ensures operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal standards. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, and your team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to dedicated customers
- Leading the customer service team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service
- Cooperating with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
- Ensuring accurate documentation and proper document flow in line with company and legal standards
- Supporting and enabling the team to find solutions for all professional questions raised by stakeholders/team members
- Participating in projects and efficiencies and innovation
- Keeping up with the latest trends to develop new tools and solutions for future customer service
- Fostering knowledge and expertise within the organization
Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with the ERP SAP system
- B2 level of English and additional one of the languages: Swedish, Dutch, Slovak, Portugeese, Czech, French, Italian, Hungarian, Spanish, Romanian, Maroccan, Turkish
- Strong team orientation
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field
- Strong customer focus with entrepreneurial drive
