Your responsibilities

  1. Leading and coordinating day-to-day operations of B2B Customer Service team (7 FTE)
  2. Supporting the team members in case of problems or escalation
  3. Ensuring internal communication within the team, keeping team up to date with changes that affect them, getting feedback and following up actions as required
  4. Create and maintain optimal ways of working
  5. Seeking opportunities for overall B2B service improvement
  6. Ensuring procedures are followed in accordance with VELUX quality standards and work manuals
  7. Acting as first point of contact for sales managers
  8. Participating/driving/managing local and regional projects as Customer Service “voice”
  9. Holding and representing team on periodic local/regional meetings

Our requirements

  1. Min. 2 years of experience on similar position
  2. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Pro-active attitude and initiative
  4. Excellent organization of your own and your teams work
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks
  6. Efficiency and business responsibility
  7. Experience with SAP
  8. Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
