  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to meet quality and performance goals
  • Managing schedules, productivity, and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Leading team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
  • Supporting training plans and development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with Polish labour law and internal standards
  • Building strong relationships and fostering a positive team spirit

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
  • Solid understanding of Polish labour law, especially working time, employee rights, and disciplinary procedures
  • A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Organisational talent and analytical thinking
  • A respectful, service‑oriented approach to leadership
  • Ability to build trust and motivate others
