Overview

Customer Service Specialist with Swedish at Concentrix

Role interface: The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
  • Utilize knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Swedish.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
  • Ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
