Job Description:

We are pleased to extend a job offer for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Spanish or German based in Łódź. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals who would like to get their first experience in the field of customer service.

Please note that this is a contract for 3-4 months, with a possibility of extending based on performance.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Your daily duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish or German
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers concerning products and services
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish or German - at least B2
• Communicative English is a must - at least B1 level
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Experience in a customer service role is a nice to have, but not necessary
