Customer Service Specialist with Spanish

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls).

Our requirements:

1. Spanish language level C1
2. Knowledge of English at B2 level (introductory training is in English)
3. Skills in Windows and MS Office
4. Openness in customer relations
5. Communication skills and an orientation towards working with people
6. High personal culture and customer orientation
7. Commitment and motivation to work - together we can do more!
8. Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
